With a single-minded focus 'Believe you can', Mansi Dalal who has been working in multiple roles and capacities, was inspired to touch upon the real meaning of life that is "giving". With this principle of giving, she whole-heartedly started मनRay foundation to support the less privileged, in the areas of education and hygiene.
The inspiration and enthusiasm to work for and support the children came after seeing them struggling even for basic necessities. These children are the future of India. To build the strong foundation today, for a tomorrow which will be efficient, capable and independent, मनRay is working.
Over the past four years, मनRay has reached out to 71 Zilla Parishad schools in Kolgaon, Manor, Masvan, Boisar, Durves, Vikramgadh, and Palghar. Although Manor may seem like a single village, it encompasses 200 smaller villages, including 45 villages, 3 major schools, and 4 ashram shalas that we have made an impact on. Additionally, we have made a difference in 12 schools in Palghar.
Each village or "pada" has its school, with an average of 50 to 60 children per school. The larger schools cater to approximately 250 to 300 children, while ashram shalas support around 250 children. In total, we have touched the lives of approximately 10000+ children through the मनRay Parindey sponsorship program, Atmatvishwas Kit project, and Essential Kit – Hope Kit project.

MANSI DALAL
A voice for voiceless, a light for lost.
मनRay foundation is founded by Mrs. Mansi Dalal in 2016 and registered – August 2021. As the director of the foundation, she plays multiple roles, including an experienced of being teacher and principal for two decades, a qualified counselling psychotherapist with work experience in mental well-being and social work, an art-based therapist, and a life skill and happiness coach. All of these roles of hers help nurture all the students of मनRay. While working, she brings hope for every child in मनRay that they can have a bright future ahead where they will have the ability to create their beautiful living.
She is a person who listens deeply, fully heartedly. Mansi Dalal is combining empathy with strategy to empower the less privileged. She started working with a simple belief to support the children, to make sure no child walks barefoot to school, no girl has to give up on her education because of periods, and no child should be deprived of education due to poverty. Her journey from healing individuals to transforming lives has led to the birth of मनRay.

GAURAV DALAL
Industrialist with a heart of humanity.
The co-founder of the foundation is Mr. Gaurav Dalal – a dedicated social changemaker. He is the Managing Director of Rappid Valves India Limited, a company that holds global-standard manufacturing, significantly known for innovation, technology, and excellence in the valve industry.
His belief in transforming society for the better by giving back is a great motivation for the foundation as well. His contributions in health-care services, sustainable development, and many more have played a vital role in the growth of the foundation, helping the children learn about the values of social awareness and the necessity of health-care. Supporting the dignity, health, and education of girls and women, bringing education to the children of rural areas, his initiatives are the inspiration for the foundation.
